The massive passive house in Bottelare is a family house built for 6 people. The building has the official passive house certificate 'Passiefhuiscertificaat' ('Passiefhuisplatform vzw') and was the launch of many other massive passive house buildings in Belgium. For example, they are now building a massive passive hotel and a massive passive sports centre.

The apartment building has 5 stories with 47 accessible apartments for students. The building gross volume: 6 900 m3, heated gross area 2 125 m2 without garage.

The daycare center “Die Sprösslinge” in Monheim serves as an accommodation for children of Bayer employees. It contains offices, classrooms, and recreation areas and accommodates approx. 60 children + staff.

Administrative building and educational building (new building Info-Center). The administrative part contains offices, meeting rooms and social rooms.

The Bayer Diegem administrative building combines the marketing & sales activities of Bayer HealthCare, Bayer CropScience and Bayer MaterialScience and the corporate services of Bayer in Belgium.

Finnvedsbostäder, the public housing company in the town Värnamo in the south of Sweden (latitude 57°12’12 N), has built 40 rental apartments according to Swedish passive house principles in Oxtorget in the centre of Värnamo. The project was finished in June 2006.

The Dunnon project has been the first certified passive house in Scotland. It consists of a row of 10 semi-detached houses, constructed in the frame of the “affordable housing scheme” on behalf of the Fyne Initiative....

The 2009/2010 constructed Trezzo Tinella Farmhouse is a single detached house, meeting passive house standards and having a net floor area of approx. 400 m². The design goal was to build a residential building, which is energy independent, has zero CO2 emissions and very low power consumption.

The detached single family house was constructed in 2005 and was among the first six certified passive houses in Belgium. The Building was constructed on timber basis and has a total useable surface of 161 m².

The Royal Danish Playhouse was finished in 2008 after a 3 year construction period. The building has around 20,000 m² (useful floor area 12,000 m²) and has three stages with capacities of 650, 200 and 100 seats.
